HP all-in-one super-thin PC


HP has announced four new all-in-one computers running on Windows 8 that are expected to hit stores this fall, including the powerful SpectreOne, a PC with a 5 mm profile that boasts embedded NFC. It has 6 inch screen displays pictures in Full HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels), and its streamlined design and wireless touchpad recall Apple's iMac. HP's SpectreOne's NFC capabilities enable it to transfer data seemlessly from a mobile device and sync different accounts. The computer will be shipped with a complete version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and Premiere Elements It will run on Microsoft's brand new operating system, Windows 8, although its screen is not touch-enabled.It will also include the Beats Audio technology, an HD front-facing webcam and remote control. It will ship with a touch-sensitive pad, that somewhat resembles the Magic Trackpad. HP also unwrapped its Envy 20 and Envy 23 Touchsmart touchscreen PCs, with respective screen sizes of 20 and 23 inches, which will hit  stores in late October.The HP-SpectreOne prices start at $799 and $999.
